High Content Analysis for Real-Time Cellular Imaging
OTRADI has the capacity to do high-content imaging of cellular systems in a 96-well format, optimized for automated imaging. We have the capabilities to:
- Design and validate image-based cell screening assays
- Develop and test mechanism of action (MOA) hypotheses
- Simultaneously screen for and prioritize hits based on specificity for target and lack of cytotoxicity
- Provide imaging and analysis of live and fixed cells
- Identify cellular targets for drugs
- Identify and profile enzymatic targets (kinases, proteases, phosphatases, etc.
- Run kinetic assays to image the same cells over an extended time course
- Conduct high-throughput analysis of fixed cells
- Analyze cell morphology and sub-cellular localization/compartmentalization
- Conduct assays designed for counting nuclei, cell scoring (live/dead), analyzing cell health and granularity, as well as determining mitotic index, neurite outgrowth, transfluorescence, translocation, and multi-wavelength cell scoring
We are also interested in working with researchers to develop new applications for high-content analysis, so if you have an idea please do not hesitate to contact our senior scientists.
