The U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA) is an agency within the U.S. Department of Commerce that partners with distressed communities throughout the United States to foster job creation, collaboration and innovation. OTRADI is one of only six winners of the EDA i6 Challenge - a $12 million innovation competition administered by the EDA, in partnership with the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and National Science Foundation (NSF).

The Oregon Bioscience Association (Oregon Bio) is a nonprofit association whose membership includes companies, organizations and individuals with an interest in biotechnology, medical devices and the life sciences.
The Oregon Clinical and Translational Research Institute (OCTRI), a partnership between Oregon Health & Science University and Kaiser Permanente's Center for Health Research.

Oregon's Business Development Department (OBDD), which provides economic and community development and cultural enhancement throughout the state and administers programs that assist businesses, communities and people.

The Oregon Entrepreneurs Network (OEN), a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to providing opportunities for Oregon entrepreneurs and improving the business climate for emerging, growth-oriented companies statewide.

The Oregon Innovation Council (Oregon InC), the cross-sector leadership team created in 2005 by the governor and state legislature to drive the state's innovation strategy.

The Oregon Nanoscience and Microtechnologies Institute (ONAMI), the state's first signature research center and a cooperative venture among government and nanoscience and microtechnology research and development institutions and companies.

The Oregon Built Environment and Sustainable Technologies (Oregon BEST), the state's third signature research center, which focuses on transforming sustainable built environment and renewable energy research into on-the-ground products, services, and jobs that power Oregon's green economy.

The Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, which is one of the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE's) ten national laboratories that performs research and delivers breakthrough science and technology.
