Genentech to open Portland office, brings 300 jobs

Summit Development Group is excited to announce that the Eastside Innovation life science laboratory building at 808 SE Alder is under construction and open for pre-leasing, with estimated Summer 2019 move-in dates. The Eastside Innovation building features BSL-2 lab spaces and robust lab-specific mechanical systems never before offered in the Portland for-lease market.
