Hathaway, Brad


Brad Hathaway has 30+ years of finance and accounting experience, and now works with startups along with established companies going through change.  His clients include biotech, non-profit and other sectors.  Until 2015 he worked for Welch Allyn, a medical device company, where he led the finance and accounting team in Oregon along with global responsibilities.  Prior to this, Brad’s career spanned three international organizations, both for-profit manufacturing as well as non-profit humanitarian agencies, with roles at the corporate, division and plant levels and new and growing field offices overseas.

Brad has experience with grant funding, including SBIR grants from the NIH and related A-133 compliance.  He is process oriented, a certified ProAdvisor for QuickBooks Online and consults with several clients on setup and efficient usage.  He brings his interest in Lean Management – a certified greenbelt in Lean/Six Sigma – and is particularly interested in applying Lean to administrative areas.
