SUMMARY:Zapproved Event: How do we Cope in an Ever-Changing World?
DESCRIPTION:The demands and challenges on many of us today feel heavier than ever. How do we lighten them now? \nMore and more of us are waking up to our internal and collective traumas. The status quo is not working. \nWe’re realizing that we’re not going to be able to just “muscle through” this moment of reckoning with our individual\, cultural\, and structural inequities. \nWe’re becoming aware of just how much anxiety\, pain\, work burnout\, and struggle in relationships we have inside our bodies… \nWe’re seeking answers and connection with others who are awake\, and ready to liberate ourselves together. \nBut how are we supposed to reach the “mountaintop” of self-actualization when the ground beneath us is constantly shifting? (Heck\, how are we supposed to make it through the DAY?) \nRegister now to explore these insights and more: \n\nIf you’re struggling these days\, you’re normal.\nHow to stop pretending that we “have it all together”\nRecognizing the cultural expectations we’ve internalized as our own: perfectionism\, rapid growth for its own sake\, defensiveness\, and so on\nEven when we know they’re hurting us…WHY do we get stuck in these culturally imprinted patterns?\nHumanizing the way we work\, so we can honestly bring our whole selves and love what we do!\nAnd hope for how we can move through our multiple layers of challenges\, TOGETHER in an authentic and uplifting community\n\nJoin Zapproved as we add insights and tactics to our toolkit that allow us to make space for our individual and shared traumas — and ultimately liberate ourselves and others. \nLindsey T.H. Jackson (she/her) is an empowered\, Black\, Divorced\, Single Mother of Two\, Artist and CEO of LTHJ Global. \nShe’s creating the future of work with her team\, leading the revolution from the inside out. After conducting research on the root cause of our current culture of pressure and burnout\, Lindsey spent 15+ years clearing the path to wellness alongside leaders\, teams\, and organizations. Now she’s codified the framework for approaching life’s messiness\, which doesn’t disappear when we log on to work. \nRegister here.
