SUMMARY:OregonBio Class: Managing Multiple Projects (online)
DESCRIPTION:Overview:\nFew leaders have the luxury of focusing on a single project. Instead\, they must balance multiple simultaneous projects\, constantly making imperfect trade-offs between conflicting needs.
