SUMMARY:Virtual Lunch & Learn: Leadership R&D- How to Lead Yourself & Your Team Through...Well\, Anything
DESCRIPTION:Being in bioscience\, your world is all about R&D—Research and Development. It’s the protocols\, the trials\, and the data. And there’s another R&D…the one that kicks in when your experiment fails\, funding gets weird\, or your team is just plain burnt out. This is Leadership R&D—Resilience and Determination. It’s the core skill set for navigating the uncertainty\, failure\, and long-term grind of innovation. \nCome spend your lunch hour to get research-backed\, practical tools to build real resilience for yourself\, and learn how to create an environment where your team can do the same. Join business coach Josh Ellison for a candid\, insightful\, and supportive session where you’ll walk away with strategies you can use to practice Leadership R&D that same afternoon. \nRegister HERE
