DESCRIPTION:Training Dates: 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on July 15-16\, 29-30; August 19-20; Sept. 2-3\, 16-17\, 30; Oct. 1\, 14-15\, 28-29; Nov. 4-5 and 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Nov 18. \nParticipants in this 16-day duration course will learn the theory and application of tools and methods for successful completion of improvement projects in a manufacturing business environment. Tools for the application of the Six Sigma DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) improvement strategy will be introduced with hands-on exercises and tutorials to ensure rapid learning and knowledge retention.  The training style is tell-show-do\, with a strong emphasis on individual hands-on exercises and team-based activities. Training workbooks are comprehensive\, self-contained\, and serve as excellent references for learning and review.
