We are looking to empower and inspire the WIIT and LatinX in tech audience from the Portland metro area. We firmly believe that If we want innovative results, we need diverse tech leaders who aren’t afraid to think and lead differently. We are bringing a fresh and diverse perspective on how successful women in tech approach their careers.

Our presenters will bring their secrets, tools, and tips that have been effective to develop their career in tech. We will hear how they guide their efforts to be productive at the technical workplace, and what makes them successful at what they do.
