The TAO Leader Launchpad Community aims to provide an inclusive and empowering group of peers and mentors where the community will offer networking, mentorship, and professional development opportunities focused on helping TAO Members navigate the challenges of ascending the professional ladder into leadership positions. Whether you are just beginning your career, looking to transition, or want to give back through mentorship this is the community for you!

REVAMP, REIGNITE, RELAUNCH 2021
In our first Leader Launchpad event of the year we are excited to reconnect with our community through an interactive and fun Team Scavenger Hunt!  We will also spend some time asking you, our community, how we can best serve you. Come ready with some ideas on what you would like to learn, and how you’d like to be able to leverage community resources available to you.

WHAT TO EXPECT
We will begin the event with a hello from our 2021 Co-Chairs followed by our scavenger hunt (prizes will be available for the winning team) and last but certainly not least we will spend some time learning about you and what you would like this community to be.
