Who is allowed back in the office, and what does that say about an organization’s culture? Can companies remain in a hybrid model and how does that affect access to amenities, support and career advancement?
Join the Technology Association of Oregon (TAO) and JLL Thursday, November 12th at 9:00 AM for this executive-only session to discuss how to design your workplace and preserve culture as we work from home and return to work. In addition to a short presentation, this will be a facilitated roundtable intended for leaders to share plans in a private space. Please note, this session will not be recorded and we are happy to connect you to the JLL team if you are unable to attend.
At the end of this session participants will be able to analyze their own company’s culture and workplace design to determine where to begin, what to change, and how to help.
