An intimate, online workshop curated for C-Suite, VP and Director-level executive women from tech companies, and those who aspire to senior leadership. We also welcome and encourage executive-level leaders to register women they have mentored or identified as emerging leaders looking to take that next step in their career.

WHAT TO EXPECT
The 2021 Power Pairing series features quarterly “fireside chat-style” interviews with women leaders from the Oregon and SW Washington tech community. Featured guests share their life stories and career journeys, including strategies that have helped them thrive and lessons they’ve learned along the way.

Each event begins with a round of 1:1 speed networking utilizing virtual event platform Run the World. Together, participants explore themes of leadership, identify and honor the unique qualities that women bring to the industry, and build lasting relationships with other women in tech.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Throughout the 2021 Power Pairing series, participants will have the opportunity to consider the changing roles of women in the workplace, as well as the challenges and opportunities facing women in positions of authority. Participants will learn more about the impact that women leaders can have on their organizations—and the impact that leadership roles can have on the women who hold them.

Featured guests will share their perspectives on these issues:

How do you define leadership? How does your definition manifest in your leadership style?
How has your leadership style needed to change over your career?
Have you benefitted from a mentor or coach? Have you taken on this role for more junior women in your workplace?
How do you manage work/life balance?
What advice would you offer to other women who are looking to lead in their workplaces or start a company?
