This coffee talk series was designed to keep our members updated on the topics of the day. From 30 – 45 minutes, these fast-track, touch-base sessions on key topics are relevant to bio businesses, our academic institutions and our supporting industry companies.

In Virtual tips from the project manager’s toolbox, we’ll see a demo of easy, inexpensive techniques that keep teams effective and move projects forward in a virtual world. We will cover four areas:

  • A radar screen that shows at a glance the status of all proposed and active projects.
  • Simple visual planning techniques that help teams start a new project on a strong foundation.
  • Lightweight visual progress monitoring.
  • Continuous learning and improvement using a virtual retrospective.
