An inquiry and panel discussion on equity and inclusion through the identity and experiences of folks in our Black community.

Hosted by Cinder and moderated by Marcus Carter II, we will continue to examine what equity and inclusion means for different and intersecting identities in these panel discussions throughout 2022.

Our intention with these conversations is to interrogate the integrity and efficacy of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion programming in our workplaces.
